职位描述

Position Definition
To lead, manage and deliver the whole spectrum of HR services and functional support, including sourcing, hiring and retaining top talents, developing organizational growth plans with strong succession and career management systems and programs. To help the Asia operation team on all HR related issues. Assist the expansion of the business throughout Great China and Singapore. Work closely with headquarters.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Staff: attract and retain world-class talent with a focus on diversity.
2. Retention: actively manage the top tier performer and high potential talent within the organization.
3. Maintaining and enhancing harmonious working relationships and formal and informal communication channels with staff at all levels in all Asian countries.
4. Communication: promote open and frequent communication in all direction.
5. Evaluate company culture in the region and provide recommendation on changes as needed.
6. Risk Management: ensure compliance with all requirements, both legal, policy and bank values.
7. Employee Relations: build a positive working environment by promoting proactive problem resolution.
8. Address all daily personnel issues such as benefit questions, compensation errors, banking issues as well as tax complains.
9. Teach and coach all regional leaders on their specific personnel functions.
10. Direct the development, implementation and administration of policies and Personnel programs with all regional managers.
11. Be responsible for regional partnership with the leadership team on strategic planning and initiatives.
12. Partner with the executive team to establish an organizational structure and development plans to accomplish company goal and objective in the region.
13. Assessment of the overall company requirements in respect of training needs, sourcing of appropriate training programs and assessment of individual development needs.
Knowledge Required
At least college degree,
More than 5 years working experience
Familiar with China, HK, SG labor market and local labor policies
English and Mandarin are necessary; Cantonese is option
