REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
- Experience: Eight (8) years of related materials management experience and 2 years in management position.
- Education: B.S. degree in business operations management, industrial engineering, international trade or related technical discipline.
- A working knowledge of high volume manufacturing operations, warehouse shipping and receiving, ERP planning systems, strong mathematical and analysis skills required.
- Abundant purchasing, logistic and warehouse handling experience; familiar with China logistic and trading related policies.
- Solid knowledge & hands on experience in ERP system. JDE experience a plus.
- Professional certification is a plus-C.P.I.M. (Certified Production & Inventory Management); C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Management).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
- Strong personal computer skills, and MS Office (excel, word, power point).
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要责任
This key leadership position is responsible for all materials management activity at the company operation. This includes: Accurate and timely JDE planning, strategies and tactical purchasing execution, warehouse receiving and shipping, supply chain scheduling and priority control, inventory control, logistics model optimization, material & freight total cost control. Strong team leadership and team development is essential.
- Be accountable for approval department material purchasing application and key performance metrics. Work with corporate supply chain team to set up company supply chain strategic goal, and align with overall company strategies.
- Develop and manage materials related annual capital and expense budgets. Set up, arrange and audit organization material plan, purchasing & logistic activities.
- Approval material purchasing application. Manages lean inventory control strategies while maintaining high levels of production throughput effectiveness.
- Leads development of goals and objectives for the department to develop team work, improve technical capability, and optimize job back up plan.
- According to organization and customers needs, balance organization production ability, set up, arrange and audit organization production plan and material plan.
- Manages the short-term and long-term capacity plans base on MPS. Recommends adjustments to insure optimal throughput and cost efficiencies.
- Leads material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control activity to insure efficient material movement, storage, and accurate inventory records.
- Monitors program launches, and product changes. Implements countermeasures and adjusts planning systems to minimize obsolete inventories.
- Manages the routine dispatch schedule, and maintains priorities to achieve 100% customer on-time deliveries, and production throughput efficiencies.
- Manages import and export logistics to comply with local rules and regulations.
- Leverages contract freight services to minimize freight expenditures. Takes corrective action to avoid excess premium freight expenditures.
- Work with corporate for new buyer qualification and price negotiation, develop and build up local supply network, reduce materials import ratio and cost.
