Responsibilities
- Assist executives for daily routine works and administration management
- Meeting schedule arrangement for regular meetings annually and meeting room reservation and set up
- Travel related support, such as hotel, tickets booking and car rental, also visa and work permission application
- Payment for Expats expense, claim for executives
- Coordinate with team for various meetings and events
- Assist executives to edit and work out presentation, documents and files;
- Maintain filing system
- Assist department for ad hoc projects/assignments
- Organize department meetings and events
- Relevant department administrative support or personal assistant if possible
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with at least 6 yrs working experience in executive assistant or executive secretary related positions;
- Excellent communication at all level within the company;
- Be willing to take responsibility and be accountable;
- Honest, diligent and good dependability.
- Good command of English and Mandarin in both spoken and written.
- Good command of computer skill
