岗位目的
Job purpose螺杆压缩机测试相关工作的管理和实验相关设施的维护管理
Management of the screw compressor test and test loop maintenance issues
主要职责
Major Responsibility
1、 制定实验室测试计划（日常以及月计划），并及时将工作任务下达给领班,对任务完成情况进行跟踪。Prepare the test plan (daily & monthly), and inform the head of technicians the job assignments in time. Keep track of the testing process and progress.
2、 制定完备的操作规范，指导技工进行工作。Guide and support technicians to ensure data accuracy and lab efficiency.
3、 试验数据分析、制作试验报告。Analyze the test data and provide the test report to the stakeholders after each test.
4、 制定实验设备维护计划、并协助开发维护服务供应商，跟踪供应商工作进度，如需采购，及时提交采购申请。Prepare maintenance plan for test stands and facility. Help identify service suppliers, and keep track of the schedule. Write PR if necessary.
5、 收集测试台意见和建议、提出改进方案、寻找供应商评估实施，并全程负责推动工作进展。Work with stakeholders to identify current and future testing needs and improvements for test facility. Work with suppliers to deliver results on time, on spec and on budget.

任职资格Requirement
最低学历要求Education
本科以上学历，制冷、机械及相关专业，硕士优先。
Bachelor degree minimum with a major in Refrigeration or Mechanical Engineering and related，Master’s degree preferred
相关工作经验 Working experience
具3年以上制冷压缩机实验室（管理）工作经验。需要熟悉压缩机测试实验台，熟悉螺杆压缩机气环法实验台尤佳。热烈欢迎有全球环境的公司工作经验者。
At least three years experience in supervising lab testing of refrigeration compressors or similar products. Must be familiar with the test loop stand design and common challenges, esp. the gas loop method stand for screw compressor. Good leadership skills are also required. Experience in a global collaboration environment is highly desired.
技能要求 Job skill
熟悉Office， 如Excel， PowerPoint等,熟悉LabVIEW软件者优先。
Fluent with MS Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and so on. Fluent with LabVIEW preference.
