Responsibility:
1. Lead new business development in Asia by actively researching, identifying and developing new business

opportunities throughout Asia.
2. Regional coordination of internal resources and management of strategic and tactical sales & marketing

initiatives;
3. Conduct Asian market intelligence, organize research information, and communicate market information to Sales and senior management for tactical and strategic marketing planning.
4. Present the company and its technology to new business development target markets and companies within the

region.
5. Trade show scouting and trade show exhibition management (trade show details, organization, booth setup, show agenda, staffing, etc.).
6. Other activities include: catalog market and competitor profiles, assist with data generation, and assist in

the project management of external market research.
7. Monitor current market news, analyst call transcripts, and quarterly financial reporting of core markets and

customers, in the context of Asian markets and provide implications.

Qualification:
1. Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing/Technical or related education and experience. Advanced degree

preferred
2. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Chinese and English languages
3. Team-oriented attitude and western-based corporate culture understanding
4. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, technology savvy, and multi-tasking
5. International experience (study or work)
6. Travel to 75%. Must be willing and able to travel outside of China
7. Based in Asia-Pacific region, Shanghai, China preferred
