· Plan, drive and execute the key strategic projects (internal investment, external acquisition and other partnerships etc) to achieve projects goals against planned resources and timelines. Work closely with various functional team and business team in China and global to ensure in-time quality execution.

· For key strategic projects (internal investment, external acquisition and other partnerships etc), define projects scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with BUs, strategy & growth VP and other key stakeholders.

· Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the key strategic projects.

· Manage communications and ensure buy-in with internal, external parties and key stakeholders.

· Plan and build the business development capability in China

· Focus on compliance activities to ensure that high standards of quality, occupational health and safety and environmental impacts are being achieved throughout the network.

· Provide positive leadership and support to the management and wider team by role modelling company values, inspiring and driving performance and growth to a higher level

· 10+ years of working experience in manufacturing (Food / Dairy industry is a plus), MNC experience is a must

· Master degree in business / finance / science / engineering from leading University

· Excellent understanding of business logic, key drivers and value propositions

· Ability to build strong relation with, work with and influence key stakeholders in China and HQ

· Ability to effectively and efficiently manage and drive multi- project implementation

· Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in various setting (presentation, team work, external events and negotiations etc)

· Ability to construct sound financial business cases to support investment recommendations

· Fluent English capability
