Responsibilities

· Build up strategy capability in China to drive and support business growth

· Lead strategy team to develop overall China strategy and help develop business strategy for individual BUs within China, working closely with China business leaders, including China President, BU GMs and functional VPs, and key business managers

· Work closely with global business unit leaders and functional teams to gain support and buy-in to China strategy development

· Develop strategic analysis for key investment projects/initiatives

· Work with Strategy & Growth VP and China MD, lead & facilitate the communication of strategy with key stakeholders in China and Global (related BU global leaders, Exco and board)

· Build up market intelligence capability to effectively support strategy development and business decision

· Drive the implementation of selected key strategic projects as needed

Requirements

· 10+ years of work experience in leading consulting firm with MNC background

· 5+ years in strategy development or investment analysis

· Master degree in business / finance / science / engineering from leading University

· Big picture oriented, CEO perspective

· Ability to collect information, analyze, and synthesis, drive for conclusion and implication in a structured way

· Ability to build strong relation with, work with and influence key stakeholders in China and HQ

· Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in various setting (presentation, team work, external events and negotiations etc)

· Fluent English capability
