Major Responsibilities
·Help plants build up effective cost allocation methods and streamline the product line profitability analysis and reporting. Help plants run monthly basis product line profitability analysis with high levels of accuracy and within the deadline as identified by AP head office and Corp
·Initiate the monthly consolidation for the AP region for all of the product line profitability reporting within the deadline as identified by AP head office and as well TRW Corp
·Participate in the development of the Asia Pacific Annual Operating Plan and Five Year Strategic Plan
·Take operational analysis for the key business initiatives in order to support the strategic improvement for the product line performance
·Be involved in tracking up and verifying the material productivity and cost reduction result for the region.
·Be involved in tracking up the pricing giveback and inflation recovery status for the region
·Provide analysis for any ad-hoc projects

Key Competencies
· Solid costing experience
· Manufacturing background is a must
· Hands on experience in building up tailor-made cost driver track up process and effective cost allocation methods
· Good experience in ERP systems
· Strong communication skill
· Open-minded, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and flexible.
· Computer literate. Strong Excel spreadsheet and ERP application skills

Education & Work Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree, Finance/Accounting or Business major preferred
Language: Fluent English both written and spoken
Experience: At least 4 years in finance and accounting with a strong focus in costing and operational analysis
