1. Manage the internal control process and procedures, make sure each entity in China is fully in compliance with regulations and the company’s policies.

2. Identify weaknesses in internal control process and take corrective actions. Work with each entity on Sarbanes –Oxley testing and improve the control process. Work with internal audit team and corp. SOX team to guide each entity to close the gaps identified.

3. Initiate the policies and procedures whenever in needs, and implement them.

4. Ad-hoc projects.

Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.

Experienced in internal control and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

Possess strong analytical skills and good business sense. Familiar with today's major financial system applications and databases.

Possess strong experience in building up process and procedure based on company policy requirement, business needs and as well business optimization target.

Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a dynamic environment. Ability to prioritize, handle interruptions and meet deadlines.

A good team player and leader and possess high potential to develop in a multi-national organization.
