职位描述

Major Responsibilities:

· Lead person for Asia Pacific’s Compensation and Benefits policies and administration. Ensure OUR CLIENT’s C&B policies and practices are consistently implemented across Asia Pacific.

· Responsible to lead in end of year processing, coordinate approvals and system updates for OIP4-5 employees (and employees in OIP database) and Local Incentive plans, maintains and updates OIP database, provide compensation system training, etc.

· Lead in special C&B market surveys or projects to support Asia Pacific business requirements.

· Supervise job analysis and evaluation, participate and analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets. Prepare salary, wages and benefits budgets and proposals and oversee implementation.

· Evaluates compensation and benefits programs and recommends modifications to maintain the organization’s objectives and competitive position in the marketplace.

· Liaise with regional Senior HR Managers on implementation and communication of OUR CLIENT Compensation and Benefits policies and practices.
