职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
l Responsible for customer quality problem solving and concern management handling activity for China regional customer OEMs;
l Responsible for COEM customer manager long term quality target setting and planning, strategy and long term planning.
l Working with OUR CLIENT PPAC committee to fix critical customer complaint and safety related issues.
l Work with plant quality organization team to maintain and improve on customer concern management system
l Customer relationship build up and enhancement, regular listen the Voice of Customer, regular customer visit and communication, lead and coordinate customer satisfaction issue between OUR CLIENT & Customer;
l Work closely with sales, PM, Purchasing to handle any customer issues related to quality;
l Lead and drive on plant customer issue handling & related process set up/ implementation, problem solving activities.
l Early involve in new product launch quality, verify and drive on new product quality improvement at customer site.
l OUR CLIENT Global SAIC Customer quality champion and rive on significant SAIC Quality improvement progress with supporting OUR CLIENT global manufacturing facilities;
Key Competencies:
- Strong Problem solving skills and methodology, such as six sigma, 8D, 3X5WHY, …preferred
- Strong quality management skills and capability
- Strong product, process, and or quality engineering background
- Very good communication, teamwork, cross functional working experience, competency & skills
- TS16949 automotive industry Quality system knowledge and experience
- Good working attitude and ability to work at pressure
- Make tough decision and strong challenge, drive, push capability
- Being open to learn and change;
- Positive thinking / working style
Education and Experience:
Educational: Bachelor or Master degree in process/ product engineering, quality, program management … management related background
Experience: 1. Minimum 8-10 years working experience in manufacturing/engineering/quality function in automotive industry;
2. Minimum 2-3 years quality department manager OR Customer quality manager relevant working experience in international automotive industry;
3. Product, process OR quality engineering experience & expertise required.
4. Familiar with automotive product design and manufacturing process for safety OSS product experience;
5. Strong customer relationship building up and enhancement capability
6. Strong problem solving capability with strong statistical methodology methods on FMEA, GR&R, SPC, DMAIC…six-sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt desired.
7. Strong communication skills;
