Operations Role
“The Operation Process Coordinator’s objective is “to set up training system for operation staff in china to create delighted skilful staff to service delighted customers “
Our operation staff account for more than 50% of total China employees, and all services need to be conducted by operations staff (mostly fitters安装技师, branch managers店长). And as in the plan which is to double the coverage for the next three years, to set up universal operation standards that to be carried out by a team using similar working methodology is the key to success.
Your performance will be measured through the 3 Key Training Performance Indicators:
? Operation process system set up (to meet yearly milestone that suits the needs of China development )
? Training conduction rate (you will personally conduct key trainings to key staff, and guide /lead local trainer<part-time trainer> to deliver basic trainings )
? Process/working methodology follow-up (to meet yearly milestone that suits the needs of company China development)
You are going to build operation new process and help to develop a training system initially, i.e. Branch manager/operation manager daily working process, new staff training module and plan.
You are responsible for all activities within the operation process management scope. You also manage the Customer journey as such making sure operation staffs effectively deliver the services in China.
We are looking for a positive person, who is going to,
? Plan, organize, follow, manage and monitor the workflow
? Promote the business program, maintain high quality internal staff relations
? Check the material availability and order new work material if necessary
? Ensure effective communication with team leaders and functional leaders initially

IT Role
? Implement short-term and long-term plans, to achieve goals set by company
? Involve and follow daily IT activities, including technical support, budget control, project management, etc
? Perform system analysis, design, implementation and maintenance to make sure all information system are in normal running state to support business processing
? As key contact to coordinate external IT agents to update system processing
? Conduct necessary system documentation to make sure it’s integrated and updated
? Deploy and review corporate IT standards to ensure IT systems stability and standardization
? As mentor to coach all users to understand and practice systems

Candidate Profile
? Bachelor degree or above, automotive engineering or industrial engineering.
? 5 years auto after sales, retail areas and the actual work experience; 2 years relevant management work experience; 2 years project management experience
? Process reengineering work experience, and process documentation ability
? Strong logic analysis capability; innovative thinking.
? Preferable to read in a foreign language –English is a plus
? To travel frequently
