Position: Category Portfolio Manager for marketing
CPM(Category Portfolio Manager):Total ownership of category revenue, brand, 4P & budgets
Ownership of category brand at Region
? -Own and localize global brand positioning, architecture, brand expression, naming, and brand look/feel
? -Own all category internal & external English & Chinese communication
? -Ensure product/consumer issues properly handled
? -Key contact for GMO brand team, EPG and regional sales
? -Own 4P, with stronger focus on 2P (Promotion & Product)
Champion in-depth knowledge on Consumers & Competitors for own category
? -Consumer insight & segmentation
? -Category revenue & market share data
? -Competitor products, promotions & others
Annual/Quarterly planning, execution & tracking
? -Annual revenue forecast & budgets
? -Product NPIs and EOLs
? -Category marketing calendar
Lead category NPI GTM
? ?Product positioning & channel strategy
? ?Develop & align forecasts with EPG & Sales
? ?Align SRP, ASP with EPG & Sales (except special pricing/B to B pricing)
? ?Localize product naming + package
? ?Ensure PLD with Sales OP
? ?Plan & Manage sales/PR & demo samples with trade marketing
? ?Update PIPO & part #s
Marketing Campaign development & execution
? ?Campaign objectives (KPIs), messaging , budgets.....
? ?Lead ABL & BTL integrated campaign programs
? ?Drive digital marketing and other ATL media
? ?Agency communication (include Brief) and management
? ?Align & lead relevant functions according to schedule (Trade marketing, Sales OP, PR & SNS, ...)
? ?Develop sales communication materials & Training deck
? ?Follow-up campaign execution & progress across functions
Partnership management
? ?Manage creative and promotion agencies
? ?Contact and manage any co-marketing partners
Category reporting
? ?Consumer & competitor data & Information
? ?Revenue update
? ?GFK
? ?NPI tracking (monthly at CLT and quarterly business review with EPG)
