Responsibilities:
1.Recruiting channels set up and maintenance
2.Interview conduct and arrangement
3.Candidate offering and on board preparation
4.HC control and report making
5. Orientation Organization for new hires.
6. Training needs analysis, establish annual training plan and evaluate annual training budget
7. Training vendors selecting and assessment. training arrangement.
8.MISC tasks delegated by Mgr.
Requirements:
? Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Recruiting and training in a multinational company
? Excellent written and verbal skills - both in Chinese and English
? Honest, dedicate, effective and easy going
? Bachelor's degree
? Excellent teamwork skills
? Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Proven communication and organization skills
? Ability to work independently
? Negotiation skills
