Job Description:

Provides services according to service SOP.
Ensures reception is aware of clients' movements for each day and any instructions throughout the day are communicated to other team members.
Handles all client's moving in and out.
Ensures reception is kept tidy at all times and that all lists and forms are kept in an order that can easily be followed by other team members.
Maintains positive relations with all the clients in the centre.
Floor walk every day to ensure all the facilities in good order.
Be accountable for achieving and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Take full responsibility of the daily operation of customer service function, handles inquires and complaints from customers
Supervise and delegate CSA and Ayi's daily works


Job Specification:

4 years working experience including 2 years customer service practice in related industry
Good command of English and PC skills
Excellent communicational and organizational skills, interpersonal skill
Customer focused - out of the box thinking in helping customers
Ability to learn fast & ability to innovate for improvement
Friendly, integrity, initiative and has team work spirit.
