Job Title: Admin. Assistant

General Job Description: (Provide a brief overview, e.g. why does the job exist, what are the objectives of the position.)

? Receive and provide assistance to customers, guests and visitors as necessary during their visit.

? Ensure the office in good house keeping condition and the office/office equipment in good maintenance.

? Assist in Creating the order in CRM system and Project Number in Bann System.

? Assist in Sending the invoice to customer’s side from Finance department

? Prepare monthly statement of account for request customer and send to customer.

? Purchase and manage office services and supplies, sale promotional literature, and promotional gift/items as per request.

? Manage shuttle bus, and ensure efficient and cost effective utilization of these buses.

? Review the monthly Car rental expense, and then sent the monthly expense report to related team leader.

? Assist in Husky team member and customer visa application and follow-up.

? Consolidate Sales weekly reports and Weekly Tooling figure.

? A/R collection administration and follow up.

? Maintain and update customer database, and file maintenance.

? Handle customers’ inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

? Prepare monthly regional expense reports.

? Book the meal for Employee at noon.

? Petty cash management.

? Other tasks and responsibilities that will be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

3 year’s working experience. Education of college and above with a degree.
