岗位要求

1、大专以上学历，会展、市场营销、经济学等相关专业；

2、有两年以上电话营销工作经验；

3、有出色的客户服务意识、较强的业务拓展能力能吃苦耐劳，有强烈的进取心和学习精神；

4、形象好、口齿清晰、表达能力强、沟通意识佳、具亲和力，富有团队合作精神；

5、有保险销售、广告销售、地产招商、活动招商、会展招商工作经验者优先；

6、熟悉招商业务流程、招商技巧、合同条款以及市场操作模式优先。

岗位职责

1、根据公司总体规划，配合部门经理负责客户的招商工作；

2、与意向客户沟通活动细节，进行业务谈判，达成合同事宜；

3、维护良好的客户关系，并及时反馈客户信息；

4、收集、收录商家资源，整理商家数据库；

5、配合相关部门做好客商接待工作等；

6、上级交付的其他工作任务及事项。

薪酬：基本工资+绩效工资+高提成+保险+奖金+双休及法定节假日
