岗位职责：
1. 独立负责网站及产品的设计、企业形象设计、公司宣传等平面和动态设计工作；
2. 与市场部充分沟通，并指导平面设计师、网页设计师工作；
3. 充分理解网站及产品的设计方案，在设计中保证网站所有产品的视觉整体性；
4. 参与本部门一切创意点子的开发，对作品正面社会导向保持高度责任心；
5. 做好一切与美术设计相关工作，具备很强的画面驾驭能力、多样的美术执行能力；
6. 敢于以及能多思考、分析、评估，对市场营销策略提供建设性的专业看法；

7、公司DM宣传单，现场广告，展会杂志等宣传资料的设计。
岗位要求：
1. 工业设计、美术设计相关专业；具有深厚的美术功底和良好的创意构思能力，熟悉用户体验设计，对色彩有深刻的把握力、独特的设计风格、独到的创意视点与创新意识；
2. 熟练使用auto cad、Photoshop、Coreldraw、Illustrator等设计软件，

3. 有二年以上相关工作经验，有较高的创新和协调能力；
4. 具有一定的市场营销知识、不断进取的创意态度和野心；
