职位描述
"1.Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
2. Identifies project resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
3.Manages day-to-day IT operational aspects of a project and scope.
4.Provide direction and support to project team members
5. Effectively applies project management methodology and enforces project standards.
6. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
7. Lead and manage project communications, including project meetings, management presentation, status update report, timely and effectively.
8. Ensures project documents are complete, current, stored and communicated appropriately.
9. Ensure that all programs/projects are Effectively planned, executed, managed, monitored and documented and the delivered solutions are deployed as intended within the business.
10. Proactively monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
11. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project targets and outputs
12.Co-operate and coordinate with Regional Center & Global IT departments as required and maximize the collective benefits of these interactions to the Group.
13.Contribute to the development of new applications within the business in terms of performing project planning, analysis and presenting business plans.
14. Perform leadership and coordination functions in the deployment of new applications
15. Proactively identify new IT applications that could benefit the business and determine the feasibility of deploying them.
16. Generally Contribute to the efforts and mission of the IT department within TKE as needed."

教育程度(学历、专业): Degree in business (Information management), Engineering or Computer Science is required
"工作经验(最少工作年限
和工作经验):" 5-10 years of solid IT Project Management experience
外语能力: Fluent in English and Mandarin
计算机技能: "Has led an ERP deployment or been primarily responsible for an ERP system’s project management in an organization.
Proficient in project management software/tools"
其他特殊技能: "Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to working within a decentralized matrix management structure
Understanding of how to integrate and maximize resources, build and leverage strategic partnerships with vendors."
特定证书: PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
