Key responsibilities:

1 Model the data in pharmaceutical and biologic field with the help of domain analyst.The data include all kinds of healthcare, scientific, and other types.

2 Build data management systems to integrate such heterogeneous data and process the data and convert it into knowledge base.

3 Research, design and develop data miningsystems to analyzethe data and iteratively improve the knowledge base.

4 Build a set of APIs of web services for the knowledge base access.

5 Lead the mining group to develop such systems.

6 Leverage the power of AWS cloud (Amazon Web Services) to operate and maintain such systems.

Basic requirements:

1 Love of data, and more love of big data

2 English and Chinese language ability

3 Command of programming language: java or python.

4 Knowledge of data mining, text mining, statistical machine learning and natural language process.

5 Experience of building such systems and love the process of problem solving using artificial intelligence.

6 Good command of database systems and entity-relationship data modeling.

7 Familiar with data protocols such as JSON, xml.

Preferredpoints:

l Command of Linux Shell, ssh, github will be a plus.

2 Experience of using NoSQL database will be a plus (mongodb, redis, Amazon SimpleDB, Memcache).

3 Have knowledge of ontology building and semantic data modeling will be a big plus.

4 Experience of web development using python, php, js will be a big plus.
