工作目标/Objectives
The primary focus is selling Printronix product, work with business partner to implement area sales plan marketing strategy, penetrate potential industries and customers to maximize the business results.主要职责是销售普印力公司打印机,和代理商一起协作, 执行区域的业务规划,通过渗透到目标行业及客户群,强化销售网络等等方法扩大销售,争取更大的市场份额。

Job Responsibilities/工作职责:
Implement company marketing strategy and sales plan, achieve quarterly & annual sales target.执行公司销售策略和营销计划,达成季度和年度的销售目标。
Daily work with partner’s sales team, manage the area business and seek for new business opportunities, assess and develop value-added resellers, expand solid selling network.协同代理商 管理区域业务,寻求新的业务机会,评估和发展增值代理商,扩大并稳固区域销售网络。
Contribute to market penetration, identify and develop target industry/customer segment, continuously expand the range of application. 提高市场占有率,识别发展重点行业及目标客户,持续扩大应用范围。
Take charge for area daily sales operations, include tender book preparation, replying to inquiry, providing assistance in repairing and other customer support/service issue 负责所在区域的日常销售运作,准备投标书,回复询价,提供维修协助和其他客户支持/服务等问题的支持。
Manage partner’s credit limit, be sure inbound orders have valid financial documentations, assist to collect account receivable. 根据公司政策管理代理商信用额度,确保销售订单合规有效安全,协助收回应收账款。
Assistance in coordinating of monthly newsletter, new product launch/marketing promotion and competitive information提供月度业务简讯,新产品发布,市场促销和市场竞争信息等方面的支持。

Job Qualifications 任职资格
Bachelor degree holder, major in business administration/sales & marketing, passed basic courses in selling skills/account management 大学毕业,市场营销或工商管理专业,通过基本的销售技巧及客户管理的培训。
At least 7 years sales or marketing experience at IT field, be able to manage channel conflicts, 7 年以上IT市场销售经验,能够进行基本渠道管理如冲突管理。
Good skills of priority setting, planning,negotiation, analysis, presentation具备下列工作能力,如工作安排、计划、谈判、分析、演示..
Common English level (both written and spoken); 基本的英语说写技能,适应日常的沟通。
Common computer software skills (MS Office); 基础电脑应用技能,独立完成日常报表/报告。
Good communication and teamwork spirit. 表达清晰,思路清楚,能够与人协作。
Can frequently travel. 能适应经常性的出差。
