AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

"Safety – HS&E & Statutory relations
? Must meet related requirements regarding HSE Management Systems
? Implement HSE Improvement Plan
? Responsible to make sure every individual, every area, every process and every piece of equipment is meeting the Company’s safety standard all the time.
? Lead the team to HSE policy/procedure to handle the issue and have proper follow up plan to make sure the action implementation is in place
? Ensure written work instructions are followed
? Implement and maintain high housekeeping standards through 6S.

"Quality
? Must meet related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems
? Ensure batch tickets and work instructions are followed without exception
? Responsible for daily liquid production control to make sure achieve all the key KPIs: Material Efficiency, First Run Capability, problem batches and cycle time. " (PERCENTAGE OF TIME 40% )

"Service
? Responsible for daily liquid production control to make sure achieve all the key KPIs: Material Efficiency, First Run Capability, problem batches and cycle time.
? Ensure flexible work force and cross training to meet variable Customer demand

"Cost
? Be responsible for daily production of the entire liquid plant.
? Execute the manufacturing strategy for that liquid production area to meet the business growth requirement.
? Responsible for daily liquid production control to make sure achieve all the key KPIs: liters per man-hour’ man-hours per batch
? Build the organization low cost and high flexibility through goal setting, measurement and performance review to promote the high standard work;
? Lead productivity improvement through Lean manufacturing.
? Responsible to achieve annual manufacturing budget and control the spending to achieve the goal.
? Implement cost saving activity to achieve dramatic productivity increase every year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
"Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
"? BS Degree in Engineering is required.
? Masters in Business a plus
? Eight years working experience with at least three years experience as key Plant Leadership positions(Plant Supervisor) in chemical company or related
? Lean Six Sigma experience

Production Planning experience


"Personal Attributes & Competencies
"? Good PC skill especially on data analysis area.
? Experience with in process control charts
? Integrity
