Job Description
Be responsible for and follow up all work related to Logistic issues and assist the manager to deliver high quality services to scientific activities.
Main Tasks
? Monitor the shipping procedures for imp & exp of bio-samples and equipments, and follow up with the customs clearance and CIQ issues related to bio-samples and equipments and ensure on-time delivery;
? Handle import and export permits' applications to the relevant government authorities, ensure the application documents correctly prepared, and chase the permits to be approved timely to the schedule of the shipments;
? Be responsible for samples pick up for shipment and receipt upon delivery;
? Coordinate with different parties, including procurement, vendor and broker to get the necessary information and documents, make the procedure smooth and update end user in time;
? Filing documents properly after a shipment is completed and check monthly bill according to the import records;
?Follow up with end-users for reporting records that are requested by local government authority;
?Update and maintain the records in Sample Logistics Tracking Database;
? Ensure full compliance to the government and company policies;
Minimum requirements
? College graduate – majored in Logistics is preferred;
? At least 3 years’ working experience in Logistics for international companies;
? Good command of English with 4 skills;
? Teamwork spirit, pre-active attitude and willing to work under pressure;
? PC skillful, PPT preparation and Excel data analyze;;
? With good inter-persons and communication skills.
