职位描述

1，为了防止医疗滥用，对住院治疗进行监管，及时随访，协调，上报给高级医学主管；

2，为了理赔人员能够准确录入理赔案件，及时审阅理赔案件，准确判断理赔案件的医学必要性；

3，为了减少已知风险，协助高级医务主管对理赔案件进行收集，整理，分析，建立医学理赔数据档案库，以确保医学可保风险最小化提供可靠数据为了公司产品更具有竞争力，对理赔资料整理分析，建立医学档案及相关医疗价格数据库；

4，为了与网络医院维持长久的良好的合作关系，与网络医院保持联系沟通，积极解决理赔及客户就诊的问题，提高客户满意度，增加客户续保率；

5，完整相关理赔资料，确保理赔及时完成。良好的逻辑判断能力和解决问题能力。

任职资格：

1，临床医学本科以上学历，三年以上工作经验；

2，熟悉电脑和office操作；英语听说读写流利，良好的沟通和交流能力；

3，良好的逻辑判断能力和解决问题能力；抗压能力好。
