岗位职责：

1． 应用软件和数据库的日常维护；

2． 协助用户解决软件使用遇到的问题；

3． 收集、整理和分析业务需求，参与系统设计，编写软件系统需求说明和设计文档；

4． 掌控开发进度，在开发过程中与软件工程师沟通需求；

5． 进行系统测试。

任职要求：

1． 计算机相关专业，3年以上软件系统分析、系统设计和测试经验。

2． 具备较强的分析能力，擅于收集用户需求并进行详细的规划和说明；

3． 熟悉SQL Server或Oracle等数据库，掌握vb, .net 或J2EE等开发语言，有B/S架构应用软件开发经验更佳；

4． 良好的沟通能力和合作精神、工作主动性强、耐心细致、责任心强，具有吃苦耐劳精神；

5． 有保险业相关软件开发经验更佳。
