Job Responsibilities:

- Support purchasing to do the site assessment for the new suppliers or new sites.

- Follow up the supplier's action plan and give suggestions to sourcing team.

- Introduce Visteon Specific Requirements and the applications such as Visteon Supplier Portal, supplier PPAP submission, supplier change request, Supplier Report Card, etc.

- Support Visteon program developing through following up supplier's APQP process and to make sure the products can be launched flawlessly on time.

- Review PPAP documents or on site check the process if necessary, approve the PPAP according to Visteon procedures.

- Coordinate with Visteon global plants and suppliers to solve quality issues and follow up the supplier's actions to prevent the reoccurrence through conference call, net meeting or on site review.

- Plan and execute the supplier improvement plan for the critical suppliers in the previous year to secure Visteon plants production and secure Visteon customers as well.

- Support purchasing annual Supplier Business Review.

- Lead coordination of status and issues with Program manager and Purchasing. Summarizes status and develops internal and customer level reports as needed.

- Other duties assigned by management.

Qualification Requirement:

- Bachelor or above degree in Engineer or related field

- At least 5 years working experiences with manufacturing and quality and 3 years in automotive industry. 1 year experiences with supplier management.

- Understand the key elements of ISO/TS 16949.

- Fully understand AIAG technical manuals (APQP&CP,FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)

- Good at quality problem analyzing and solving tools such as 8D, 5 whys, Six Sigma, etc.

- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.

- Good English speaking and writing, can communicate through E-mail and conference call as well effectively.

- Good at Microsoft office applications using.

- Capable and willing to lead supplier to do the improvement.

- Able to lead cross functional problem solving team.

- Open mind to communicate.

- Self-motivated and responsible
