Job Responsibility:

- Support purchasing to do the site assessment for the new suppliers or new sites, follow up the supplier’s action plan and give suggestions to sourcing team especially for electric and electronics component suppliers

- Introduce company Specific Requirements and the applications such as Supplier Portal, supplier PPAP submission, supplier change request, Supplier Report Card, etc. Coaching the supplier.

- Support company program developing through following up supplier’s APQP process and to make sure the products can be launched flawlessly on time.

- Review PPAP documents or on site check the process if necessary, approve the PPAP according to Visteon procedures.

- Coordinate with company global plants and suppliers to solve quality issues and follow up the supplier’s actions to prevent the reoccurrence through conference call, net meeting or on site review.

- Plan and execute the supplier improvement plan for the critical suppliers in the previous year to secure company plants production and secure customers as well.

- Support purchasing annual Supplier Business Review.

- This position is for Halla Climate Control (Shanghai) Technology Co. Ltd.

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor degree majored in Electronics/Mechanical or similar engineering degree;

- At least 5 years working experiences with manufacturing and quality and 3 years in automotive industry. 2 years experiences with supplier management.

- Understand the key elements of ISO/TS 16949

- Fully understand AIAG technical manuals (APQP&CP,FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)

- Good at quality problem analyzing and solving tools such as 8D, 5 whys, Six Sigma, etc.

- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally

- Good at Microsoft office applications using.

- Manufacturing experiences is necessary especially on climate product, like HCVA, compressor, etc.

- With Internal System Auditor certificate is preferred.

- Be capable to review a level 3 PPAP documents. Program management experiences are preferred.

- Can lead the supplier team to do the analysis, find the solutions, implement and validate the actions.

- Fluent in verbal and written English.
