岗位概述
负责本公司易拉罐清洗设备零部件的进口以及易拉罐清洗设备整机的出口

工作内容
与美国总部进出口部门及时有效沟通，制定完整进口计划
负责进出口部门的组建
及时有效维护系统中的进出口合同
熟悉各种进出口单据
能及时为进口清关工作准备相关单据
合理安排供货商、客户及美国总公司的物流计划
熟悉中国海关，维护海关手册

总经理、工程部门、生产部门、财务部门及物流部门其他同事

岗位要求
具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。英语口语流利，能有效沟通
在财务软件中输入进出口进程信息，并能及时纠正不正确的流程计划
必要时可根据工作需要划分优先次序，可多任务同时操作
有与南汇海关加工贸易手册相关的工作经验
熟悉HS编码
熟悉贸易工作的各项流程及相关法律法规，熟悉物流、报关、税务知识
熟悉与进出口相关的各个政府部门
有良好的协调能力和组织沟通能力，能及时有效和相关部门进行信息沟通，并具备优秀的时间管理能力
学习能力强，工作认真仔细
熟练使用Office2010系统

学历及工作经验要求
大专以上学历，进出口相关专业者优先考虑
三至五年机械设备行业进出口工作经验
至少一年以上相关管理工作经验
具备报关员证书者优先考虑

设备使用要求
基本办公设备如：电脑、打印机、复印机、传真、扫描仪

JOB SUMMARY
Import the parts for Armor can washer machine, and export the can washer to customers

Responsibilities include:
Contract maintenance in system on a timely basis
Document filing of functions served
Import and export customs clearance document preparation.
Coordinating all shipments with customers, vendors & Armor Mason, should be very familiar with China Customs - duty, VAT, customs handbook, etc.

PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE COMPANY
This position interacts with General Manager, engineer, accounting, customers, vendors and Armor Mason

COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Good English skills and able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Ability to assess and correctly process and record information into accounting software.
Be able to work in a team, strong communication and time management skills.
Logical and deductive reasoning abilities.
Able to multi task and prioritize as necessary with workload
Have work experience of Progress Trade Handbook with Nanhui customs
Familiar with HS Code
Familiar with the related government departments
Have working experience of whole import and export progress
Familiar with Office2010

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Three to five years logistic working experience in mechanical industry
At least one year management working experience
Customers Declaration Certificate a plus

EQUIPMENT USED
Basic Office equipment, Printer, Copier, Fax，Scanner, calculator.
