Purpose of the role:

Ensure the Multinational Account Service (MAS) delivery in APAC meet standards in terms of quality, customer service, compliance, and timeliness. Ensure effective utilization of resources by providing the proper training of personnel. Ensure both outgoing and incoming requests are processed within service levels and in adherence to guidelines. Actively engage and participate in country, regional and global multinational initiatives.


Accountabilities for the role:

· Ensure the country MAS teams meet or exceed customer service expectations in accordance with mandated processes, ensuring the unit achieves its operating, servicing, and production targets and meets internal standards and objectives within SLAs.
· Evaluate regional service delivery resources according to capacity requirements
· Solicit feedback from management and staff and socialize ideas.
· Provide support for service delivery issues and engage with other parties within the Chartis network as required
· Track and report efficiency of the MAS units; recommend corrective action in response to service delivery issues; handle complaints from within the Chartis network or internal departments and legal inquiries within established guidelines.
· Evaluate and recommend changes in processing methods and procedures; develop, recommend and implement new procedures to improve the unit's operations.
· Ensure corporate compliance to standards and requirements per L1 SOS are met including those related to (21) L1SOS Sales Practices, (22) L1SOS Policy Administration,(23) L1SOS Complaint Handling,(32) L1SOS Product Development, (33) L1SOS Marketing, (37) L1SOS Underwriting
· Complete special projects as assigned.
· Manage personal workflow.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

· Experience in dealing with Multinational / Global / Captive insurance programmes.
· Experience in managing a service orientated operational environment (preferably within insurance)
· Experience in Commercial Insurance / APAC Business Environment and Insurance Regulation.
· Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following skills:
