职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct and manage sales activities.
1) Reporting into Huawei AM (Account Manager) based in Shanghai (preferred location);
2) Territory coverage: Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou and the customer's other locations outside South China;
3) Working closely with FAEs to identify new design opportunities; Perform according to sales objectives and gain market share particularly in FPGA/CPLD design wins and software sales at Huawei Eastern China. Set up Huawei plan to increase sales revenues and DW in Huawei Eastern China especially in SmartPhone/Media PAD projects;
4) Identify customer decision makers/influencers and develop relationship with them in each of the assigned customer site;
5) Advise BU in details on the relative business size and importance of various opportunities at various sites;
6) Map out design win strategies and formulate actions plan for BU and FAEs collectively to take to penetrate the account.
EDUCATION/SKILLS:
1) Bachelor degree or above in EE or related field;
2) Excellent English;
3) Excellent communications skill;
4) Business acumen;
5) Team working spirit;
6) Minimum 3 years engineering experiences;
7) Minimum 3 years sales experience;
8) Working experiences related Smartphone/Consumer is preferred;
9) Working experiences and relationship with Huawei is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage sales activities.
- Provide personal sales coverage to accounts with very focused objectives.
- Perform according to sales objectives and gain market share particularly in FPGA/CPLD design wins and software sales at major/target accounts.
- Forecast and analyze sales performance and train reps and distributors.
- Drive distribution resources to focus on business priorities and key accounts in Eastern China.
- Achieve sales revenues, DW, and software goals within the district.
- Set up MNC plan to increase sales revenues and DW in MNC area.
- Compile weekly reports on the Disti, major account, and DO/DI status, and account visit result and action plan. Represent the company while presenting products to potential customers in China.
- Drive Disti FAEs with weekly design review and follow up on DO/DI/DW.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years' experience in major accounts.
- Good telecommunication market knowledge.
- Strong presentation skills as well as good English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Aggressive, sales-driven, people-oriented.
- Working experience in MNC, Huawei and ZTE is preferred.
