职位描述
职位职责：
1、负责维护公司人员编制，根据招聘需求制定招聘计划；
2、负责招聘渠道的选择和维护，建立良好的招聘渠道合作关系；
3、负责组织实施招聘工作，发布信息、简历筛选、
安排及参与面试；
4、随时跟踪面试结果，推进公司各部门的招聘工作进展；
5、招聘数据统计分析，评估招聘效果，出具分析报告；
职位要求：
1、诚实正直、有责任感；
2、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、计算机及理工科专业毕业优先考虑；
3、三年以上人力资源招聘工作经验，互联网行业优先考虑；
4、熟悉招聘流程及国家相关法律法规，熟悉各种招聘渠道，熟练掌握相关招聘技巧及工具，能独立完成日常招聘工作；
5、具备有较强的文字组织能力、逻辑能力及语言表达；
6、具备优秀的沟通协调能力、分析判断能力，承压能力强；
7、踏实、有耐心，良好的团队合作精神；
8、熟练掌握office办公软件。
