2.服务质量提升
处理重大投诉的现场管理
投诉处理指导及质量监控

岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2.3年以上客服投诉工作经验
3.投诉数据报表管理经验
4.投诉处理指导及质量监控经验
5.协调其他部门沟通和协作
具有组建集中自主式呼叫中心工作经验者优先考虑；
