Title: PLM Analyst/Specialist
Reports to: General Manager, China

Position Purpose:
Company is rapidly growing and expanding its presence in China. We are currently looking for candidates that have outstanding adaptability, entrepreneurial skills, technical know﹉ow and that are willing to contribute to a young team environment that is conducive to innovation and progress for the company. We have an immediate need for a qualified PLM Analyst/Specialist in it China Office, This role will focus on the processes and systems used to manage Electronics Product Data across our business Using broad knowledge of manufacturing and engineering principles, practices, and procedures of 360 Digital Camera assemblies, their modules, and testing tools to ensure that Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system is being used properly and efficiently. Main duties are as following:

- Primary capabilities you will be involved the configuration, implementation of the Lifecycle Management of Electronic Product Data.
- Responsible to work closely across several function units and engage team members in design engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and various other groups to define, document, configure, test, deploy, support, and troubleshoot electronic product lifecycle management applications and associated Tamaggo’s business/system processes.
- Per forming regular ECR/ECN processing (Engineering Change Process)
- Perform PLM Document Control functions in support of the ECN process.
- Perform regular ECN processing, e.g. part number request, ECN document preparing/submission, checking engineering drawing, creating/updating BOMs in PDxpert
- Perform PLM Document Control functions in support of the ECN process. Interfaces with Head Office regarding process flow and facilitates future direction of change management.
- Create and maintain end﹗ser training documentation for PLM system
- Manage Supplier data through PDxpert or other systems as required
- In collaboration with methods, contributes for improving the efficiency of the R&D Engineering
- Contributes to the deployment of Standards and best practices related to the engineering tools
- Supports and possibly conducts projects or evolutions to provide R&D with proper solutions
- Coordinates proposed policies, procedures, systems, forms and reports among all locations and departments in order to maintain, improve, and streamline PLM system. Analyzes existing formsand methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods.
- Project issue tracking & resolution
- Coach, support, and manage user accounts, design organizations and workflows within the organization and manufacturing partners
- Attend meetings and key user meeting as required.
- Train Research and Development project Team Members on PLM procedures such as the standardization requests, ECR/ECO process, Norms/Standards, Master parts, Standard requests, change impact definition and alias on parts.
- Evaluate (verify all entry data of the change requirement such as documentation, policy, type of change and CAD/part objects), Review (verify impact tree of CAD and part objects, correct part alias, analyze design paperwork for PLM entry, generate change paperwork for the different departments) and Release (Verify/Attach the design paperwork to update PLM system) all changes(ECR/ECOs)
- Solve issues related to general data such as: file attachments in the PLM (file missing, file to correct...), lifecycles or workflows (promote/demote not working, a workflow blocked a user validation blocked, define/modify workflows...), object properties (incorrect attribute values, incorrect DO...), links between 2 objects (need to disconnect objects from ECR/ECO...), users (create
a user, modify a user, add roles to a user...)
- Always participant of ECR/ECR meeting
- Ensure accuracy of electronic BOMs and actively follow up with project teams to close BOM issues as required

Requirements:
- University Degree in Digital Product Design, Engineering or Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business, or related field
- 5 years plus related experience, 3 years+ Electronic PLM system experience such as Agile, Omnify,
PDxpert etc. at Analyst/Specialist Level are required
- Must understand of Engineering change workflow and procedures, ECR/ECN process, BOMs etc
- Advanced PC Skills: Excellent MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) application skills and
ability to problem solve user issues.
- Must a Team Player

Nice to have:
- Ideal candidates will have experience in the consumer electronics/digital Camera industry.
- CAD Experience, PTC is preferred.
- Manufacturing Engineering experience

- Self﹕tarter that requires only an idea of overall strategic plan and can then tactically execute to expeditious completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident “do what〆ver it takes” mentality

Language:
Fluently in Chinese and English both speaking, reading and writing
