Main Responsibilities

·Manages Comau on-site people and control the schedule plan and man hours budget for relevant project activity.

管理柯马现场员工，根据相关的项目进展来控制进度计划表和工时预算。

·Arrange and control the internal and external team resource plan, including participate on-site supplier selection and management.

安排以及控制内外部资源计划，包括参与供应商的选择和管理

·Plan & execute site daily/weekly activities to match the project main timing schedule and support PM to reach the required project milestones

计划并执行现场日/周/月时间表以满足项目计划，协助项目经理达成项目目标。

· Responsible from assembly and integration on customer site until final acceptance as lead for customer buy-off.

在客户现场负责设备装配，集成调试工作，直至客户最终验收。

·Communication and cooperate with different relevant department for project activities, including planning project site activities, reporting the status of site activities, and tracking open issues.

与其他相关部门进行针对项目的沟通合作，包括制定项目现场的计划，汇报现场状况以及追踪现场技术问题

·Communication with customer for short/long term activity, to set up the relationship with Customer

与客户保持长期和短期项目活动的沟通，建立良好的客户关系。

·Work with other departments for the solution of the critical technical issues, and lead project open issues resolution.

与其他部门共同确定关键技术问题的解决并主导现场项目技术问题解决。

·Assures the development of technical competencies of the on-site team e

保证项目现场工作的技术能力的发展。

·Be responsible for customer site material receiving and security.

对客户现场的物料接收管理和安全负责

·Assures the application of the Comau or customer safety standards on customer site

确保在公司内部和客户所有现场工作的安全条例的实施。

Requirements

要求：
·At least college, major in mechanical or automation related background

大专以上学历，主修机械或自动化相关专业

·General mechanical knowledge, machining/assembly process

掌握现代工业综合的机械，加工，装配工艺知识

·5 years auto industrial fixture and equipment installation and integration experience, know industrial robot well, design experience is a plus.

5年以上汽车行业生产线制造或设备安装调试经验，对工业机器人有了解，如有设计经验更佳。

·Know BW process well

了解车身工艺

·Project site experience

·Computer skill with office application/AutoCAD operation

办公计算机技能熟练，掌握一般CAD软件

·Good communication and management ability
