Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks

1. Develop and nurture a trust and collaboration relationship with a
network of partners from the brand owners, retailers and OEM's and
their Tier 1 & 2 suppliers if relevant (i.e. downstream value chain
players whom we see as often playing a key role in shaping the value
chain, and whose input is critical if we are to properly understand our
industries).
2. Effectively gather industry insight from the downstream network that
will facilitate a sound and effective strategic marketing process,
including and especially technical and design trends or changes in the
industry environment affecting the downstream partners, that will
provide opportunities or threats to Bayer business.
3. Contribute to the strategic marketing process and especially to the
activiation - building of detailed marketing plans, especially value
propositions and marketing mix.
4. Be the main implementor of marketing plans with respect to promotion
towards downstream business partners with the aim to create a pull
through the value chain.
5. Collaborate with sales team to implement key projects through entire
value chain.



Requirements Description

Position: Skills,...

University level education in Marketing, Business or Chemistry, MBA
degree is a plus.
At least 5 years experience in the product side of a major brand in the
fashion or sports industry e.g. Inditex, Gap, H&M, Nike, Adidas,
Esprit, Mango, GM, VW, Ford, IKEA, etc.
Strong networking skills, presence, presentation and influencing skill
Project management skill and experience
Good conceptual, creative and strategic thinking
Fluent English necessary, Chinese a benefit
