Tasks Description

Job Description
1,Accountant within accounts payable team located in BCL provides business service to all legal entities in SCS Service scope for accounts payable related function.
2,Implement the best practice in accounts receivable process and ensure that standards of Bayer group as well as the relevant local regulations are implemented and fulfilled



Major Responsibilities
1, Verify all incoming invoices and payments requests and ensure the alignment with company policy and process daily Accounts Payable transactions
2, Verify appropriate approvals of invoices, investigate, and resolve accounts payable issues.
3, Double check other accountants’ booking in SAP, and release payment block
4, Communicate with requestor on problem solving for invoice issue
5, Monitor payable records and due date, check and clear vendor open item on regular basis.
6, Assist in the completion of internal and external audit requirements
