Tasks Description

Improvement and Development of HRIS
Deliver efficient HR Services of HRIS specific process like employee organizational data management (both data maintenance and OM rules/procedures explanation), HR headcount/turnover reporting (prepare and consolidate the raw data, analysize and audit on the final outcome) , HR applications (portal webmaster, correspondence tool) according to the requirements.
Address possible service delivery/data quality issues to the respective stakeholders and/or HR Services (Senior Associate) Professional in order to find a solution
Track incidents and problems, adress those immedialty and propose solutions in timely manner
Daily Operations
Know HRIS processes and changes, project requests and developments within China and supports in administration as needed.
Handle all regular queries defined in the HRIS processes (KPIs)
Refer to HR Services (Senior Associate) Professionals if unable to handle the task personally
Ensure appropriate documentation of current status of queries to secure appropriate customer service
Take ownership for the resolution of all queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses to all related stakeholders
Knowledge Transfer
Ensure knowledge transfer with in the HRIS team, by sharing all incidents, propose solutions and results, drafting and updating the documentation accordingly. Support the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of the HRIS process and according interfaces for the other applications.



Requirements Description

College degree or above, strong data processing and analyzing skill
.Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Strong communication, proactive and customer service orientation.
Detail oriented, able to correctly and consistently follow a process and deliver desired results
Eager to learn and flexibility in adapting quickly to a changing process environment.
Team player who is able to work with and support others
High degree of integrity, reliability and motivation
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP operation is a plus.
HR Services and/or HR General knowledge or experience are desirable
Strong interest to develop career as a HR data analysist and system professional
