Responsibility:
-Responsible the sales target for ASEAN Country.
-Responsible the ASEAN Cosmetic Marketing analyses and implementing short- and long-term ASEAN market strategies to match APAC marketing strategy.
-Responsible the ASEAN cosmetic technical supports including customer adversary, customer visiting and technical question solution.
-Responsible the ASEAN cosmetic new raw material launch and seminar promote.
-Identify ASEAN Country customer needs and business opportunities to develop and execute key customer projects by cooperating with BD lab to do some stability test, compatibility test, hair styling HHCR test, bending test, sensory evaluation, Suncare SPF test and Color cosmetic water resistant test.
-Responsible the distributor selection, manage and evaluation.
-Responsible the distributor technical training and cooperate with distributor to develop the customer projects.
-Corporate and communicate with APAC Technical team to do some projects for Global customers.
-Corporate and communicate with ASEAN Local sales team to follow order and logistic.
-Keep ASEAN cosmetic cost below budget level

Requirement:
-Bachelor/Master degree
-Good English skill in both writing and speaking
-Creative ability
-Prefer the experience in ASEAN/China cosmetic industry
-Has good knowledge about and connections with cosmetic industry
-Higher education is a plus, but not required.
