OEM Quality Engineer / OEM质量工程师

Scope/Supervision and Interaction / 工作范围/汇报对象和工作联系：

SVP Extension Brand OEM products / SVP衍生OEM产品

Report to FQA Supervisor / 汇报给成品质量主任

Job Responsibility / 工作职责：

1. Conduct final quality control on SVP extension brand products. Including establish, review and approval all related instructions and procedures.

负责SVP衍生产品的成品质量控制，包括建立，维护，批准相关指导书及流程。

2. Conduct evaluating potential new OEM suppliers through our quality assessment.

负责评估新OEM供应商。

3. Conduct final quality routine audit and test reports, review overall failure statistic and performance indicators. Work together with OEM on good final quality as specified for customer satisfaction.

负责常规的成品检验与测试报告，整理不良统计及绩效报表。与OEM工厂配合，有良好及顾客满意的成品品质。

4. Carry out SVP extension brand OEM factory routine audit, including system and process validation.

负责日常的SVP衍生产品OEM工厂稽查，包括系统及流程评估。

5. Work together with SVP extension brand products development and Sourcing team on new projects development and to ensure good quality as scheduled.

与SVP衍生产品研发，供应商开发团队合作，在新产品开发周期内保证良好的品质。

6. SVP extension brand products customer quality complaints corrections following up.

SVP衍生产品客户质量投诉及改善对策的跟踪。

Qualification/ 任职资格：

1. Bachelor or above on mechanical, engineering or electronics.

本科及以上学历，机械，工程，电子相关专业。

2. 3 years or above experiences in QC or engineering especially major in consumer and household electric appliances. And have ability to evaluate the industrial products also。

3年及以上家电消费品品质或工程工作经验，具备工业产品评估能力。（有吸尘器与电熨斗生产及品质背景优先）

3. Knowledgable on QC system.

良好的QC系统知识。

4. Good personality and communications skills.

可塑的性格与良好的沟通技巧。

5. Good at engilsh and prionity for CET-6.

良好的英语能力，CET-6优先。
