Scope: sourcing jobs about mechanical parts
Supervision and Interaction: Strategic Sourcing Supervisor

Job Responsibility / 工作职责：
1.Survey in China for direct material suppliers and marketing information for raw material
2.Evaluation and recommendation of potential suppliers
3.Support and follow up purchasing projects, e.g. RFQ, supplier assessment, project status tracking, cost Reduction projects, supplier improvement and development
4.Support price negotiation to meet the targets in cooperation with local purchasing
5.Communication and follow up on technical, quality and logistics issues with Asian suppliers
6.Coordination and support supplier audits and the necessary actions after audits
7.Identify and, hence, map out competitors, source
8.Maintain records for Purchasing Volume and Supplier base, report monthly activities

Qualification/ 任职资格：
1.Familiar with the process of sourcing for mechanical parts with technical background
2.Negotiation experience and strong personality
3.Skill in written and spoken English
4.Understand engineering drawings and specifications
5.Team working and co-ordination skills
6.Skill in written and spoken English
7.Good experiences with Microsoft Office tools

Performance Measure Standard / 考核标准：
1. on time control for the parts development based on the schedule
2. cost control based on the target
3. suppliers management to keep the relationship
