Position Summary / 职位概述:
The Site Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be a resource of 6 sigma & lean expertise for a manufacturing operation and will lead continuous improvement project through cross-functional teams.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction / 工作范围/汇报对象和工作联系:
Report to CI Manager

Job Responsibility / 工作职责：
1.Work with process owner to define and launch CI projects and trace finance results with finance controller.
2.Using Lean concept for line balance design; evaluate STD to remove bottleneck and reduce seven wastes.
3.Lead lean manufacturing projects to improve production efficiency
4.Develop and push continuous improvement culture through company.
5.Train and mentor CI project team members to achieve project milestone and goal.
6.Evaluates current-state plant layouts and develops future state designs using the principles of Lean manufacturing
7.Conduct production capability evaluation report OEE analysis and working with process owner dept for corrective action implementation
8.Participate new project team for STD define and layout design.

Qualification/ 任职资格
1.Know Possesses an result-oriented approach
2.Ability to brainstorm and collaboratively solve discrete problems with peers
3.Strong Leadership ability and coordinate ability
4.Data analysis skill with software application ability
5.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferably mechanical, industrial engineering) or technical education/experience.
6.Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred. Six Sigma Green- or Black-Belt certification
7.Experience in the following skills: strong interpersonal communication, influencing, and smart thinking
