Advanced Specialist Product Quality Analyst (Aftersales)

Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

- Run weekly and monthly reports to provide statistical data on product quality and technical issues

- Maintain the product quality and technical issues reports for submission to Aftersales Management, BMW Brilliance Automotive and/or BMW AG

- Analysis of warranty trends, parts sales, workshop visits in order to monitor seasonal issues that do not get reported in System

- Develop and manage a Vehicle Breakdown report that provides details on the type of breakdown, the root cause and required repair, and the time the vehicle was off the road

- Monitor System Report progress and provide regular updates on the current status of the reported issues

- Manage the Early Quality Feedback process for new model launches in China, including generating System Reports from dealer Cases

- Run specific System reports to provide information on usage, Case volume, quality, response times, etc.

Qualification

- Bachelor/ Master degree in Vehicles Engineering preferred

- Solid knowledge of BMW diagnostic process and tools

- Detailed knowledge of all processes of BMW engineering, as well as their link to crossover functions

- Familiar with BMW KI (body, electrics) / FA (chassis, power train)

- Good knowledge of PC Software in MS

- Fluent spoken and written English

- Good analytical skills

- Ability to work in a team and to communicate
