培训中心项目支持（第三方合同） Assistant to Manager Training Center Projects (FESCO Contract)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare for business cases, documents, facility requirements and essential desk and field research
- Specifies size, scope and area of training center facility
- Communicate with Design firm, investor/developer and internal on Training Center Facility technical issues
- Works interdepartemental (e.g. BBA legal department, BMW Real Estate and Facility Management in Munich)
- Monitor the building of the Training Center to ensure BMW standard
- Ensure the fitting out and installation of training specific requirements according to BMW standard

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Admin or related.
- Solid knowledge in Project Management and Construction Management
- At least 2-year experience in facility management or buidling industry
- With working experience in the automotive/training preferred
- With knowledge of building process and statutory requirement of construction project
- Proficiency with Microsoft.
- Good communication and conflict management skills.
- Good competency of time management
- Proficient written and oral English
