The office manager is responsible for the office operations ,organize the related infrastructure to develop an effective working environment.
MAIN WORKS AND DUTIES:
HUMAN RESOUCE
1.conduct recruitment:post job advertsiments, collect and select applications, arrange hiring interviews for candidates
2.maintain personel files and assist accountant to drive the monthly payroll to all postions /deal with employee in & out transactions
3.handling the application and extension of working VISA and residence permit of foreign employees
4.maintain the labor contracts.
FINANC
1.Do some cashier work.Manage and control the operational budget and costs of the office,including controling stuff expense, making purchase for office supplies, stationaries and services,etc.
2.In charge of stuff reimbursement and expense.Liaise with outsourced financial company regarding company finance and tax issues.
3.Be responsible for the cash stored in the office.
4.Arrange bills for every finished phase of project.issue invoices,do the tax service.
ADMINISTRATION
1.Receive incoming calls & forward to appropriate person
2.Arrange of staff business trip. Eg. Flight and train tickets booking, hotel reservation,taxi,car arrangement.
3.Assist in the Chinese-English translation of documents.
4.Manage and organize project contracts and bills
5.Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- College education or above
- Minimum 3 years office administration relevant working
- Strong communicational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- proficient in computer skills, specifically in MS Office.
