Responsibility:

1. Assist with marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, seminars, etc.
2. Marketing database input and update.
3. Support to create marketing materials such as brochures, leaflet, giveaways, etc and manage the stock.
4. Marketing stock robot management including lending to support system partners and own marketing activities.
5. Translate English materials into Chinese if needed.
6. Arrange the marketing department meeting, taking the minutes.
7. Dealing with internal marketing purchase process, like filling in the Purchase Order Form to purchasing department, following up the status and keep the PO as a record.
8. Coordination of marketing intelligence such as collecting of market data, competitor analysis and/or other market research required by the company's business.
9. Marketing daily job supporting and liaise with internal cross function to ensure operation smooth and excellence.
10. Company official website maintenance and update.
11. Marketing contracts management and filing.

Requirement:

1. College degree or above in communication, PR, journalism, Chinese Language and Literature or related field
2. At least 2 years' marketing experience in B2B area
3. With passion and desire for long-term career development in automation industry
4. Detail-oriented and can-do attitude
5. Excellent English and Chinese writing skills
6. Capable of time management responsibility, could work under high pressure and multi-task
7. Strongly problem solving, analytical, creative, earnest and responsible
8. Good communication ability with internal and external people, good team spirit
9. Excellent coordination skill and willing to learn new knowledge
10. High proficiency in MS office(Word/Power Point/Excel), design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw will be a plus
11. Can travel frequently within China if needed.
