Responsibility:

(Short Term)
1.Participate in the construction of new Shanghai facility including manufacturing, warehouse, test labor from preparation and readiness to relocation planning and execution;
2.Track the ordered production equipments on time delivery and quality meet the specification. Supervise installation of the equipments and join the acceptance;
3.Work with department managers for a smooth relocation from current production and reduce down time for manufacturing and company activities;
4.Settle down and adjust all installed production facilities in a well status to ensure the production can be successfully started in line with the schedule;
(Long Term)
5.Establish the plan and supervise the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and logistic facilities, HVAC systems, compressed-air system, water supply (including purified and water), oil supply system;
6.Supervise maintenance of manufacturing equipments, test labor, tools and measure instrument that meet ISO9001 requirements, including daily inspection;
7.Establishes managing processes for advancing Safety, Environment and occupational Health management across the site;
8.Responsible for the equipment/facilities abnormal failure analysis and repair, implement effective emergency plan to ensure smooth operation;
9.Responsible for Energy saving solution development in order to ensure whole team will match the requirement of the business strategy and the equipments are running smoothly
and reliably as well;
10.Responsible for yearly budget and purchasing plan of production facilities, spare parts according to actual production need;
11.Other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement：

1.Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent professional experience is required;
2.At least 10 years experience in facility/construction management and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in operations, and maintenance;
3.Familiar with production facilities and equipments maintenance as well as international standards such as ISO;
4.Knowledge of state and local environmental, health, and safety regulations;
5.Dynamic, multi-tasked, fast paced and adaptive to high-pressure startup environment;
6.Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and analytical skills;
7.Self motivated, result-oriented, possesses high integrity;
8.Excellent English or German both in oral and written;
