Responsibility:

1. Technical contactor for the KUKA Subsidiary in Asia area, and also acting as an interface between CS department of HQ and Subsidiary;
2. General technical support for Asia customers;
3. Specify the new requests from customer together with corresponding KUKA subsidiary for further development of KUKA products;
4. Organization and implementation of training, Web Seminar, instruction and commissioning for new products and solutions for the colleagues from subsidiary;
5. Global quality and reclamation management;
6. Test new products;
7. Sales support by customer visits;
8. Centralize the knowledge in Asia area.

Requirement:

1. Major in electronic, automation, or Mech-electronic with Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Experience in automation application with robot, for example, robot programming experience, PLC, field bus knowledge;
3. Knowledge with KUKA robot is a plus;
4. PC and network knowledge;
5. Good knowledge of MS Office;
6. Very good English in writing and speaking;
7. German Language is a plus;
8. Willing to travel for short-term, domestic and oversea;
9. Good team-player;
