Responsibility:

1.Custom clearance, transportation and CIQ declaration during import &export process;
2.Certification application, e.g. Mechanical & Electrical Certification and so on;
3.Bonded Hand book application, change and close;
4.Communicate with the Venders, Shippers, Forwarders, CIQ and Custom to solve the problems;
5. Documents preparation and review for Custom clearance;
6. Schedule transportation to customers;
7. Work together with warehouse to keep the accuracy between the real quantity and the bonded hand book;
8. Perform LC affairs.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor or above degree;
2.3 years related experience, good command in knowledge of logistic process, customs policy and related regulation;
3.Able to effectively manage multiple tasks;
4.Good verbal and written communication skills;
5.Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential;
6.Well organized, strong sense of responsibility and good team player;
7.Able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
8.Independent, proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented;
9.Good MS office skill, especially excel.
