This position reports to Head of Quality

Responsibilities:

1. Project leader for quality management system on sites
2. Planning and conducting internal quality audits
3. Work together with external audits (customer, 3rd party, corporate audit) in plant
4. Follow up all improvement on nonconformity from the external and internal audits
5. Coordinate the implement of all Corporate Documents (CDs)
6. Establish and maintain Quality Management System cross sites
7. Follow up application of TS16949 and other norms in plant
8. Conduct quality tools, concepts and systems training for all new staff
9. Regularly provide quality reports to management team and global headquarter
10. Initiate all procedure standardization and implement the plans

Qualifications
1. Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Systems / Quality / Project Management
2. Certified ISO/TS internal Auditor

Experience
1. 3+ years experience in a similar role
2. Experience in a technical/engineering role in the Automotive industry
3. Experience in Automotive quality management
4. Preferred Automotive and/or Aerospace industry experience
5. Experience in dealing with suppliers & customers - building relationships and delivering outcomes

Skills & Knowledge
1. High level computer skills with MS Office Suite
2. Working knowledge of quality & environment systems; specifically TS16494 and ISO14001
3. Be able to advise on optimised business processes that drive to Business Excellence
4. Proven customer service orientation
5. High level of operational experience
6. Knowledge of manufacturing processes
7. Knowledge of automated and manual assembly and design/engineering constraints applicable
8. Skills & knowledge in problem solving
9.Basic project management skills - time/quality/cost tradeoffs and their prioritisation
10. Effective written and verbal communication skills
11. Proven skills in both a team environment and autonomously
12.Experience with Document Control
