Job Objective:
Achieve Sales and GP targets set by the company. Coordinate with dealers and internal relevant departments for supporting all sales issue. Provides thorough product demonstrations and order quotations to customers and ensures customer satisfaction.

Key Duties:
Develops and maintains productive sales department; creates policies and procedures for departmental operations.
Support and Assist all sales programs, promotions and events.
Develop and recommend new dealer accounts for the Company and monitor the sales performance of all dealer accounts.
Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities; telephones or visits potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations. Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential candidates in assigned territory. Attends and works trade shows for company in assigned territory.
Ensures contacts receive marketing literature and price catalogs; answers any questions and obtains any further information necessary for dealers.
Assists dealers with ordering information and configurations; provides quotations on dealers’ requirements and provides appropriate follow up.
Discuss any unique product configurations/problems with Customer Service, or Merchandising as necessary.
Works with Accounts Department to establish new accounts; assists dealer in preparing and processing credit arrangements documentation.
Review and monitor all products display/set up at dealers’ shops which must conform to the standard set by the company.
Submit sales reports to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested.
Responds to all dealers’ enquiries and complaints and determines and implements appropriate disposition.
Monitor the timely settlement from dealers and responsible for collection of sales proceeds from dealer accounts.
Handle other projects as required by superior.
